I became a Registered Dietitian in 2013.  I completed my Dietetic Internship through Keene State College in New Hampshire, a rigorous year and a half post-baccalaureate program including master's level courses and work in the local nutrition community. 
I received a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Maine.
 

I am passionate about food and nutrition and love talking to people about it.

I support the local food movement and enjoy growing food at home. When not at work, I enjoy gardening, dancing, and spending time with friends and family.
 
In addition to my private practice, I wrote a monthly “Nourishing Nutrition” column for the local Free Press for over five years.  Many of these articles are  posted here under Articles
