
Elisa became a Registered Dietitian in 2013. She completed her Dietetic Internship through Keene State College in New Hampshire, a rigorous year and a half post-baccalaureate program including master's level courses and work in the local nutrition community.
She received a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Maine.
Elisa is passionate about food and nutrition and loves talking to people about it.
